For promoting the development old-nursing work in Guiyang, the base of "China-Germany old-nursing cooperation project" was built in the Nursing Vocational College after the International Cooperation Center of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) agreed it.
On 1st, December, the unveiling ceremony was hold in the college, the director of the International Center of NDRC, Jiao Xueli, the section chief, Chang Hao, the deputy secretary general of Guiyang government, Zhang Xueli, the president of the college, Zhang Chongfang, the deputy director of Health Development Planning Commission of Guiyang, Lin Gang, the deputy director general of Civil Affairs Bureau, Zhen Biao, the vice president of the college, Mao Yuehua, Chai Zhongyuan Sun Guobing, the director of the Party Office, Cai Yiping and other leaders presented the ceremony. The director of Human Resource Department of Renafan LLC of Germany, Decker, the principal of HR Department of Renafan, Belin and the responsible teachers joind the activity. The ceremony was hold by the vice president, Mao Yuehua.
The president, Zhang Chongfang represented the college to express the thanks to the NDRC, the Municipal Party Committee and the Guiyang government. Besides, she expressed gratitude to the specialists of Renafan LLC. She said the Nursing Vocational College had the capacity, material and confidence to develop the old-nursing work for the sake of the contribution of health industry.
The director of the International Cooperation Center of NDRC, Jiao Xueli affirmed the result of the project in the talk and hoped the Municipal Party Committee and Guiyang Government were able to support the project for promoting the sustainable development. Mr.Decker said he was honored to attend the ceremony which represented the cooperation had gone to the higher step. He believed we can get better result in the cooperation in the future which made a bigger contribution to the old-nursing work in Guiyang.
The deputy secretary of Guiyang government, Zhang Xueli expressed gratitude to the NDRC and Renafan LLC. She said the government would give a number of support and help as always.
In the ceremony, the director, Jian Xueli, and the president of the college, Zhang Chongfang signed the cooperation agreement. Finally, the leaders in the activity unveiled the nameplate in the warm applause.
